If you have been disconnected for nonpayment - and, make a payment after 3pm on M-F .. or, on Sat/Sun .. your services will NOT be reconnected until the next business day.
FYI for scheduled payments:
If you make a payment BEFORE your scheduled payment date, the scheduled payment does NOT automatically cancel. The payment will still process on the scheduled date. If the payment fails, continued attempts will occur until the payment clears.
Also - if your scheduled payment is for a PAST DUE balance amount, your account is still eligible to be suspended for nonpayment if the PAST DUE balance amount is not received before our NonPay order process runs.
